Walk With Me: Film Debut
Please join me for the viewing of the much awaited film Walk With Me, featuring one of my biggest spiritual inspirations Thich Nhat Hanh: ” A Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh is a global spiritual leader, poet and peace activist, revered throughout the world for his powerful teachings and bestselling writings on mindfulness and peace. His key teaching is that, through mindfulness, we can learn to live happily in the present moment—the only way to truly develop peace, both in one’s self and in the world”.
I am delighted to invite you, your friends and colleagues to join me at Pasadena Place, Pasadena, NL on Sunday, February 17th, 2019 from 1 – 3 pm to view this film.
Each year a charitable organization is chosen by SEVA Meditation and a portion of proceeds from each special event is presented to a Charity. In the past Charities included: Xavier House: Corner Brook, Alzheimer’s Society: Newfoundland, Suicide Prevention/Intervention, Corner Brook and this year, in honor of my Mother, I chose The Pasadena Food Bank.
In light of the recent tragedy with the burning of the province’s largest food bank in St. John’s, I have decided to offer this film viewing and allow participants to come and enjoy the film and perhaps make a monetary donation towards this worthy cause.
Reserve you spot for this event by e-mailing:
[email protected] or by telephoning: 709-632-3826
ALL DONATIONS FROM THIS EVENT WILL GO TO THE PROVINCE’S LARGEST FOOD BANK.
